Create Your Bot

This feature allows you to link your own Telegram bot to the platform. Inside the bot, you'll find a control panel for managing channels, forwarding messages, and applying custom filters or modifications. You’ll need a bot token from BotFather to get started.

Connect Your Channels

This step lets you link one or more Telegram channels from which the bot will read messages. These are called source channels. Once connected, the bot can monitor and forward content from these channels to your destination chats. You can apply filters, modify messages, and control exactly what gets sent.
icon docs

Connect Destination Chats

Here, you configure the destination chats where the bot will send messages. These can be groups, supergroups, or channels. The bot can forward to multiple destinations at once, and you'll be able to track detailed statistics on message interactions.

Send in a Group Topic

For groups with topics enabled, this option allows you to specify which topic the bot should use for posting messages. It helps keep your group organized by ensuring each message appears in the right topic.

Upgrade Bot to Premium

Upgrading to Premium unlocks advanced features such as filtering, scheduling, message modifiers, and multi-channel management. Premium bots gain full access to the platform’s capabilities, removing limits and enabling a higher volume of automated posts.

Referral and Subscription Program

Our referral program lets you earn rewards by inviting others to the platform. You’ll receive a personal referral link to share. Every successful referral earns you points, which can be used to upgrade your bot or unlock Premium features.

BOT CUSTOMIZATION

Customize the bot’s appearance to suit your preferences and needs

MultiForward gives you full freedom to shape how your bot looks and interacts with users.
From welcome messages to appearance, language, and behavior, everything can be tailored to fit your preferences.

Set Bot Timezone

Set the default timezone for your bot. This ensures that all scheduled actions, such as message forwarding or deletion, run according to your local time. This is especially useful for managing content with time-sensitive relevance.

Change Bot Language

You can change the default language used by the bot. This affects all messages, buttons, and prompts you, as the owner, see in the bot, making it more accessible and easier to use.

Telegram Parse Mode

Telegram parse mode defines how text formatting is interpreted in your messages. By selecting a parse mode (such as HTML or Markdown), you can control how bold, italic, links, code, and other styles appear in your forwarded content. This setting ensures your text is displayed exactly as intended across all destination chats. Choose the mode that matches the formatting style used in your source messages to maintain consistency and readability.
icon docs

Edit Bot Name & Description

This feature allows you to personalize your bot's name and description. These details are what users see when they open your bot on Telegram. A clear and professional name and description improve trust and help users understand your bot’s purpose.
icon docs

Customize User Welcome Message

You can create a custom welcome message that is shown when a user starts the bot in a private chat. This is your opportunity to introduce your service, share important links, or guide users through their first steps.
icon docs

Customize Group Welcome Message

This allows you to define a custom welcome message shown when the bot is added to a group. You can use it to provide quick instructions, share rules, or encourage users to interact with your bot. Premium bots can also disable the welcome message in groups if needed.

Manage Bot Administrators

You can assign admin access to other users, allowing them to help manage the bot. While admins cannot access the control panel directly, they can monitor activity, add the bot to groups, and start the forwarding process if manual intervention is enabled.

Control Who Can Add Bot to Groups

Restrict who has permission to add your bot to new groups. You can allow all users, only designated administrators, or limit it to yourself as the owner. This feature helps prevent unauthorized usage and ensures controlled deployment.
icon docs

Block Unwanted Groups and Users

This feature lets you prevent the bot from interacting with specific groups or users. It’s helpful for blocking spam, avoiding abuse, or ensuring the bot remains active only in approved environments.

Set Up Log Channel

The log channel acts as the bot’s control tower. You can choose a channel where the bot will send logs, alerts, new group additions, and error messages. It’s essential for tracking activity and staying informed about what your bot is doing. Each day, the bot can send a summary of actions with detailed statistics, including post engagement metrics, visual counters, and member activity monitoring.
MESSAGE FILTERING

Fine-tune your forwarding process with powerful filtering options to control exactly which messages are forwarded, and which aren’t

Message filters help you automatically block unwanted content such as advertisements, irrelevant posts, or any messages that don't match your defined rules.

If a message doesn't pass the filters, it will be completely excluded from both forwarding and any editing operations, ensuring only the right content reaches your audience.
Below is a list of all available filters.

Limit Message Length

Control the maximum length of messages forwarded by the bot. You can set a limit on both the number of characters and the number of lines in a message. Posts that exceed these limits will be automatically skipped. This feature is great for avoiding overly long or complex messages, helping you maintain clean and concise communication in your destination chats.
Automatically block messages that contain URLs or Telegram links in the message text, caption, or buttons. This is useful for preventing spammy content, promotional links, or unwanted redirections from appearing in your destination chats.
icon docs

Filter by Media Type

This filter lets you forward only specific types of media, such as photos, videos, or text messages, ensuring your destination chats receive only relevant content. You can also exclude all media with a caption/description, forwarding only “clean” media without extra text. Need to remove the caption instead? See the Remove Caption modifier.

Time Slot Restrictions

This option allows you to limit when messages can be forwarded. You can define specific time intervals during the day when forwarding is permitted. Outside of these hours, messages will be ignored. It’s ideal for scheduling-based control, such as blocking scheduled advertising or late-night messages.

Whitelist Filter: Allow Only Messages With Specific Phrases

This filter ensures that only messages containing specific keywords or phrases will be forwarded. It's useful for restricting forwarding to only relevant content, helping you maintain focus and control over what gets shared.

Blacklist Filter: Block Messages Containing Specific Phrases

This filter blocks any message that contains certain keywords or phrases you define. It's perfect for avoiding spam, removing unwanted promotions, or filtering out repetitive messages that don’t fit your forwarding criteria.
icon docs

Limit Message Frequency

Avoid flooding destination chats by setting a maximum number of messages allowed per time interval (e.g., every 47 minutes or 3 hours). Once the limit is reached, the bot will pause forwarding until the next interval begins. You can customize the time window to suit your needs. This helps keep destination channels clean.
icon docs

Block Specific Content & Files

Filter out messages that are frequently repeated, such as stickers used as separators, or media that you send often. If there are messages you tend to post regularly and want to exclude, you can add them here. The bot will automatically skip them, helping you avoid unnecessary repetition and clutter.
icon docs

Filter Based on Channel Admins

Forward only messages posted by specific admins of the source channel. This is especially helpful when multiple admins post, but you want to forward content from only a few trusted ones. This feature is also useful for filtering out content posted by other bots, ensuring that only the most relevant messages reach your destination.
icon docs

Block Forwarded Messages

Prevent the bot from forwarding messages that are themselves forwarded from other channels or users. This ensures that only original content from your source channel is shared, keeping your destination chats clean and focused.

Regex Filter: Use Regular Expressions

Use advanced pattern matching with regular expressions (RegEx) to include or exclude messages based on complex rules. This tool is ideal for advanced users who want precise control over text patterns, usernames, or partial phrases.

Exclude Specific Days

Prevent forwarding on specific days of the week, such as weekends or holidays. This allows your bot to follow a structured posting schedule based on your operational calendar.
SENDING OPTIONS

Customize how messages are sent and automate every aspect of your process: from notifications to advanced text replacement and button customization

Take full control over how your messages are delivered.
MultiForward lets you fine-tune the way posts are sent to your destinations: choose whether to forward or copy without mentioning the source channel, enable or disable notifications, automatically pin messages, and more.

You can even apply message modifiers to personalize each post: add buttons, remove captions, edit text, or format content before it reaches your audience.

Enable Auto-Forwarding

This feature allows the bot to switch between automatic forwarding and manual intervention. If auto-forwarding is enabled, the bot will deliver messages in real-time without manual input. If manual mode is selected, you’ll be able to configure settings for each post before it's sent, more info below. Filters, modifiers, and other controls are applied in both manual and automatic modes.

Split Albums Into Single Media

When a source channel sends an album (a group of photos or videos), this option allows you to split the album into individual media files and send them separately to the destination. It's useful if you want more granular control over how media is displayed or if you want to apply different modifiers to each item.

Disable Notifications for Sent Posts

With this setting, the bot will send messages without triggering notifications in the destination chat. It’s especially useful for channels or groups where you want content to appear silently.

Pin Posts in Destination Chats

Automatically pin messages sent by the bot in destination chats. This helps highlight important updates or announcements so they remain visible at the top of the chat.

Wait Before Sending Posts

This option introduces a delay between receiving a message and forwarding it to destinations. You can use this time to review or modify messages before they’re sent or to prevent instant posting during high-traffic periods. Once the timer ends, the message is delivered to all destinations simultaneously.

Set Delay Between Destinations

Control the time gap between sending the same message to multiple destinations. When the message begins to send, the bot will wait the configured delay between each destination. This helps avoid rate limits and creates a more natural delivery flow across multiple channels.

Copy or Forward Without Mentioning Source

This feature allows you to send content either as a copy (without showing the original source) or as a forwarded message (with the original channel or user visible). You can choose whether to preserve or hide the source identity when sharing content. To apply modifiers, this mode must be set to “Copy”.

Change Sending Order for Chats

Set the sending order of your destination chats. Choose which chats should receive messages first, ensuring priority delivery where it matters most.

Modify Posts Before Sending

This feature allows you to edit messages before they’re sent, even after they’ve been received from the source. You can change the text, add your channel’s signature, adjust buttons, apply custom formatting, and much more, perfect for tailoring content to your audience before delivery.
MESSAGE MODIFIERS

Modifiers let you customize every aspect of your messages before they’re delivered.

Modifiers let you customize your messages exactly the way you want.
Easily replace text, apply formatting, add or remove buttons, edit captions, and more, so every post looks just right before it’s delivered.

Apply Text Formatting

This feature allows you to apply rich text formatting, such as bold, italic, monospace, hyperlinks, and more, within your messages. The selected formatting will be applied to the entire message.

Add Header to Messages

Automatically prepend a custom header to every message before it’s forwarded. This is ideal for labeling content, adding context (e.g., "🔔 New Update"), or reinforcing your brand presence in every post.

Add Signature / Footer to Messages

Append a custom signature to the bottom of your messages. You can use this for credits, contact info, social links, or branding. Signatures help maintain identity, especially when managing multiple bots or channels. For example, you can add your channel’s username to help users trace the message back to its source.

Replace or Remove Parts of Text

Search and replace specific words, phrases, or emojis within the message text before sending. You can also remove unwanted parts entirely. This is useful for cleaning up messages, correcting names, or adapting content to different audiences.

Remove Existing Buttons

This feature removes any buttons (such as links) attached to the original message. It’s helpful when you want to clean up formatting or replace existing buttons with new ones.

Add or Extend Buttons

Add custom link buttons to your messages or extend existing ones. Buttons can link to external sites, Telegram channels, bots, or perform actions like opening URLs. Perfect for adding calls to action, references, or interactive features.
Strip out all hyperlinks embedded in the message text or captions. This helps prevent spam, remove promotional content, and keep forwarded messages clean and focused.

Remove Media Captions

Automatically remove captions from forwarded media (photos, videos, GIFs, etc.). This is useful when you want media to appear without any accompanying text or to avoid duplicating content that’s already present in the message body.

Replace Media Captions

Automatically replace captions in forwarded media (photos, videos, GIFs, etc.). This lets you fully customize or standardize the description, ensuring every post matches your style or includes the exact information you want. It’s also useful to remove unwanted or misleading captions, such as references to other channels or irrelevant text.

Watermark

Automatically add a watermark to your forwarded media. Overlay custom text or images to make your content instantly recognizable and reinforce your identity across all posts.
More details in the dedicated section: View the Watermark section.
WATERMARK

Customize how your media appears, automate branding and ensure consistency across all your content with advanced watermark controls.

Give your content a unique identity with fully customizable watermarks.
MultiForward lets you overlay text, logos, or images directly onto your media, making every post instantly recognizable.

Customize every detail, including position, size, opacity, rotation, color, and layer order, to perfectly match your style and needs.
Ideal for protecting your content and keeping it recognizable, even when shared or reposted elsewhere.

Watermarks can be applied to media forwarded to your destination chats or directly within your source channel.
Whenever new media is posted, MultiForward will automatically apply your watermarks, eliminating the need to edit each file manually.

MESSAGE DELETION

Automatically delete delivered messages from your destinations with scheduled deletions or manual intervention.

MultiForward allows you to keep your chats clean and organized by automatically removing messages after they’ve been sent, both from source channel and destinations.
You can choose to delete messages manually or automate the process entirely.

MultiForward offers three deletion methods:

  • Manual Selection
Select specific messages you want to delete, and the bot will remove them from all connected destinations.

  • Automatic Deletion
Set a self-destruction timer. Once the configured time has passed, messages will be deleted automatically.

  • Progressive Deletion
Limit the number of active messages in your destination chats. When the limit is reached, the bot will delete the oldest messages to make space for new ones.

  • Thanks to MultiForward, you can also clean up your channel history directly by deleting all messages in bulk, with no time limits, even if they were sent years ago or if they are thousands of messages.
icon docs

Manually Select Posts to Delete

This feature allows you to manually choose messages to delete from your destination chats.
You can review the list of sent posts and remove individual ones. It gives you full control over cleanup without relying on automated rules.

Posts are stored in our system for approximately 48 hours, during which you can initiate the deletion process. Higher-tier plans extend this time window, up to unlimited management time with premium plans.
icon docs

Scheduled or Automatic Deletion

Set messages to be automatically deleted after a specified period, such as a few minutes, hours, or days. This is ideal for temporary announcements, time-sensitive promotions, or any content you don’t want to leave visible permanently.
icon docs

Progressive Deletion of Old Messages

Enable a system that automatically removes the oldest messages as new ones are posted.
You can define a maximum number of messages to keep in the destination chat, and the bot will delete the oldest ones beyond that limit.
Perfect for channels where only the most recent posts should be visible, like news tickers, alert feeds, or rotating promo content.

Quick History Cleanup

Quickly clean up your channel history in just a few steps.
Select a start and end point, and the bot will automatically delete all messages in between, saving you time and effort when managing large amounts of content.

This is useful for managing campaigns, language versions, or themed content across different groups and channels.

You can:
• Apply a default set to the entire bot.
• Assign different sets for each scheduled message.
• Manually select the destination set each time when auto-forwarding is disabled.
icon docs

You can choose which parts of the backup to import, for example:
• Exclude scheduled messages
• Keep your current destination lists
• Import only filters and modifiers

Export Full Channel History

Export the entire message history of a channel to another chat.
This feature allows you to perform bulk content migrations, creating a 1:1 copy of the original content while preserving message order, media albums, and replies.

Each scheduled message is fully customizable:
• Sending mode: Copy or Forward
• Set a recurring schedule to automatically repeat messages over time
• Enable or disable notifications and pin messages
• Automatically delete messages after a custom delay
• Choose a specific set of recipients for each message
• Set a maximum number of sends for each message

Ideal for promotions, reminders, rotating content, or evergreen posts.

Each repeated message has its own settings and can be uniquely configured.

MANAGE SOURCE CHANNELS

Customize posts directly in your channel.

Take full control of your posts directly from your channel, even before they get forwarded.

This feature allows you to organize and customize your messages at the source.
MultiForward can automatically apply changes such as text replacement, button insertion or removal, watermarks, caption editing, formatting, and more, all directly within your channel.

There's no need to prepare messages elsewhere or rely on external tools.
Simply post in your channel as usual, and MultiForward takes care of the rest, ensuring every message looks exactly the way you want.

Using external services or bots to publish in your channel? No problem!
MultiForward can customize those messages too, even if they were originally posted by another bot.
Automatically add your channel's username, insert action buttons, or apply your preferred formatting.

For more information about the available modifiers, visit the dedicated Modifiers section.

How to enable this feature:
1. Set a Source Channel if you haven't already.
2. Configure your modifiers as desired.
3. On the bot, go to Source Channel Management.
4. Click Select enabled channels and enable the channels where you want modifications to be applied.
5. Select the modifiers you want to apply directly to your source channels.

That's it! MultiForward will automatically customize your posts as soon as they're published.

Enable Modifier on Source Channels

Select the channels where you want to apply your configured modifiers.
After setting up your source channel, click the Select Enabled Channels button in the bot and enable the chats where you want the modifications to be applied.

Apply Modifiers to Source Channels

Select the emoji corresponding to the modifier you want to enable.
Remember that to customize a modifier's settings, you need to visit its dedicated section in the bot!

Important: If a modifier is enabled for both the source channel and the forwarding process, it will be applied twice!
To avoid this, disable the modifier in your forwarding settings and keep it enabled only for the source channel to ensure the expected result.

Filter Messages Before Modification

Apply filters based on keywords, media types, admin permissions, and more before any modifiers are applied.
This ensures that only messages matching your criteria are processed and modified, giving you full control over which messages are customized and forwarded to your destination chats.

Quick History Cleanup

Clean up your channel and delete unwanted old messages.

USERBOT MANAGEMENT

Unlock advanced automation by using a Telegram account to manage and distribute content, without the typical limitations of bots.

Take full advantage of userbot technology to manage your channels and groups with maximum flexibility.
By connecting a Telegram account, MultiForward allows you to operate as a regular user, unlocking features that are not available to standard bots.

This is the ideal solution for advanced use cases, such as copying content from channels where you are not an admin, even when saving or forwarding is restricted, interacting in groups where bots are not allowed, and making your automations more natural and seamless.

Interested in this feature? Contact our support team to get started: Click here.
icon docs

Copy from other Channels

Automatically copy content from other channels or groups into your own, even from chats where bots are not allowed or where content saving and forwarding are restricted.

MultiForward offers two copying modes:
• Live Copy: Automatically detect and export every new message as soon as it's published.
• History Copy: Export previously published messages from external channels or groups to any destination of your choice.

You can also filter unwanted content and apply customizations such as removing links, replacing referral codes, adding watermarks, and more.

The userbot operates seamlessly behind the scenes, without requiring a bot to be added to the source chats.

Send messages as a User

Send messages as a real Telegram user instead of a standard bot, making your posts appear more natural and less automated.
Ideal for promoting your content naturally, interacting in groups, and publishing messages in chats where bots are not allowed.
Your userbot operates just like a regular Telegram account, allowing you to reach more groups and audiences while making your messages look like they're coming from a real person.

Take advantage of additional capabilities, such as deleting messages beyond the usual 48-hour limit, using Premium emojis, editing messages with greater flexibility, and much more.

All of this without giving up the convenience of your regular bot's control panel.
No complicated commands to learn or technical setup to worry about. Simply configure and schedule your messages directly from your bot, just as you're used to, and let your userbot handle the rest.

Connect any Account you want

You don't need to connect your main Telegram account. In fact, we recommend using a secondary account instead.
You can choose which account to connect, keeping your primary account safe from potential risks. Telegram may occasionally restrict or take action against userbots, so using a secondary account is the safest approach.

How do I choose which account to use?
It depends on your specific needs. Contact our support team for guidance and best practices to help you choose the most suitable option.
